How we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information across our website, services, and the software integrations we build.
01Introduction
Market Disrupt LLC ("Market Disrupt," "we," "us," or "our") is a technology services company and licensed reseller specializing in Zendesk, HubSpot, and Claude (Anthropic) implementations, digital advertising, and custom website development. We are headquartered in Flower Mound, Texas, and operate as a Zendesk Premier Partner, HubSpot Platinum Solutions Partner, Claude partner, and Google Partner. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you use our website (marketdisrupt.io), engage our services, or interact with any software integrations or marketplace applications we develop and maintain. By using our website or services, you agree to the practices described herein.
02Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly (contact forms, consultations, service agreements), information accessed through platform implementations on your behalf (Zendesk, HubSpot, Claude, Gusto), data from integration applications you authorize via OAuth scopes, and technical information automatically collected when you visit marketdisrupt.io (IP address, browser type, pages visited).
Campaign attribution and site journey. When you arrive at our website, we capture the context of your visit — campaign parameters in the URL (such as UTM tags and advertising click identifiers), the referring site, your landing page, and the pages you visit during your session. This information is held in your browser's local storage and, if you later submit a form or use one of our email-gated tools, is attached to your submission and stored with your contact record in our CRM (HubSpot). Until you identify yourself by submitting a form, this journey data is not linked to your identity.
Free tool inputs and downloads. Our free tools collect the information you enter into them. When you provide your email address, we store your plan finder answers and recommendations, the inputs and computed results of the ROAS & CAC calculator (such as advertising spend, funnel metrics, and revenue figures you supply), and a record of which templates you have downloaded — all associated with your contact record so we can provide relevant follow-up and support. Tools that do not ask for your email (such as the UTM generator) process your inputs entirely in your browser and transmit nothing to us.
03How We Use Your Information
We use your information to deliver and improve contracted services, communicate about projects and invoices, operate our software integration applications, authenticate access to third-party platforms on your behalf, comply with legal obligations, and analyze website usage to improve our online presence.
Marketing and follow-up communications. When you provide your contact information through our forms or free tools — for example, submitting the contact form, or providing your email to unlock template downloads or calculator results — you agree that we may send you marketing materials and communications, such as new templates, tools, and guides we think are worth having, and that we may follow up about your inquiry or our services by email and, where you have provided a phone number, by phone. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out of marketing communications at any time by using that link or by contacting us; opting out does not affect your access to the tools or any downloads you have already unlocked. We use campaign attribution data (Section 2) to understand which channels bring visitors to us and to provide relevant context if you become a client.
04Third-Party Platform Integrations
Market Disrupt integrates with Zendesk, HubSpot, Claude (Anthropic), Gusto, and other platforms you authorize in the course of providing services. When you authorize access to these platforms, we act as a data processor on your behalf — you remain the data controller. For our Gusto integration applications specifically, we access only the minimum scopes authorized at installation (such as company, employee, department, job, and time-off data). We do not access payroll, benefits, or PHI-designated scopes unless explicitly required and disclosed to you in advance.
05Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share data with trusted service providers who assist in delivering our services (contractually obligated to protect your data), between connected platforms as authorized by you for integration functionality, when required by law or valid legal process, or in connection with a business transfer such as a merger or acquisition.
06Data Retention
Client project data is retained for up to three (3) years following project completion. Integration application data is deleted or anonymized within 30 days of deauthorization or customer offboarding. Website analytics data is retained for up to 24 months. Upon written request, we will delete or return your data in accordance with your service agreement.
07Security: How We Protect Your Information
Market Disrupt maintains administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal and client information. These include multi-factor authentication enforced across our systems, role-based access granted on a least-privilege basis and promptly revoked when no longer required, and access to client data limited to authorized personnel performing assigned work. Personal and client data is encrypted in transit and at rest by the enterprise platforms we operate on. We deliver our services through reputable third-party platforms (including Google Workspace, Zendesk, HubSpot, and our hosting provider) that maintain their own independent security certifications, such as SOC 2. Company devices are configured for automatic security updates and endpoint protection. All personnel are bound by written confidentiality and data-handling obligations and receive security and privacy awareness training. We maintain procedures for identifying and responding to security incidents, including notifying affected parties where required by law or contract. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
08Artificial Intelligence Tools
Market Disrupt may use third-party artificial intelligence tools (such as Anthropic's Claude) to help deliver our services. Where we use these tools, we do so under the provider's commercial terms, under which customer content is not used to train the provider's AI models. We do not input client or personal information into AI tools without appropriate authorization and, where applicable, client consent, and AI-assisted output is reviewed by our personnel before it is used or delivered. Employees may use only company-provisioned AI accounts governed by these controls.
09Personnel
Personnel undergo background verification checks appropriate to their role prior to or upon hire, and are subject to confidentiality obligations that survive the end of their engagement.
10Incident Response
In the event of a data security incident involving your information, we will notify affected clients without undue delay and within the timeframes mandated by applicable law. The notification will include a description of the incident, the data involved, steps taken to mitigate harm, and recommended actions. Security incidents can be reported to contact@marketdisrupt.io.
11Cookies and Tracking Technologies
Our website uses essential cookies (required for core functionality), analytics cookies (to understand site traffic, e.g. Google Analytics), and marketing cookies (to track form submissions and measure campaign performance). You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings. Disabling certain cookies may affect website functionality.
Similar technologies. In addition to cookies, we use browser local storage and session storage to remember functional state — such as the email address you used to unlock downloads, your download history, and the campaign attribution described in Section 2. This data stays in your browser and can be cleared at any time through your browser's site-data settings.
HubSpot tracking. Our website loads HubSpot's tracking code, which sets a visitor cookie used for analytics and form attribution. If you submit a form, HubSpot associates your prior visits from the same browser with your contact record — this is how we understand which pages and campaigns led to an inquiry. Details of HubSpot's cookies are available in HubSpot's own cookie documentation.
Google Analytics and Tag Manager. We use Google Analytics 4, loaded via Google Tag Manager, to measure site traffic and tool usage in aggregate. IP anonymization and Google's standard data settings apply; we do not use Google Analytics data to identify individual visitors.
12Your Rights and Choices
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a portable copy of your personal data, and to opt out of marketing communications at any time. California residents may have additional rights under the CCPA. To exercise any of these rights, contact contact@marketdisrupt.io.
13Children's Privacy
Our services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected such information, we will take steps to delete it promptly.
14Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
