What does Market Disrupt do?
Market Disrupt is an implementation firm that builds and optimizes the systems your business runs on: Zendesk customer support, HubSpot CRM, and Claude AI agents — plus digital advertising, fully custom websites, and our own marketplace apps. We're also a licensed reseller, so you can buy the software and the implementation from one accountable team.
What makes Market Disrupt different from other agencies?
We build our own software on the platforms we implement. FileFetch and our cross-directional Zendesk ↔ HubSpot integration ship from our own team — which means we know these platforms at the API level, not just the settings screen. Where is Market Disrupt located — and do you work with remote clients?
We're headquartered in the Fort Worth–Flower Mound area of Texas and work with clients everywhere. Implementations, migrations, and ongoing support are all delivered remotely with clear communication throughout.
What does a typical engagement look like?
Three common shapes: a project-based implementation or migration with a defined go-live, an optimization cycle that tunes an existing system against measurable goals, or an ongoing managed arrangement where we run the platform month to month. Many clients start with a project and stay for the management.
How do projects start?
With discovery. Before we scope anything we clarify your goals, constraints, stakeholders, and current systems — then define scope, timeline, and success measures. It starts with a 30-minute call, and you get a concrete roadmap whether or not you hire us. Book a call to begin.
Will you optimize our existing systems, or do we have to rebuild?
We start with optimization whenever possible — most "broken" instances are fixable without a rebuild. We recommend a re-platform or rebuild only when it's clearly justified, and we'll show you the reasoning either way.
How quickly can we go live?
Most implementations go live in weeks, not months — faster go-lives without corner-cutting are a point of pride. Discovery usually starts within days; full scheduling depends on scope.

What does a Zendesk implementation include?

Can you migrate us to Zendesk from Freshdesk, Intercom, or a shared inbox?

What is a Zendesk Premier Partner — and why does it matter?
Premier is a top partnership tier in Zendesk's program, reflecting certified expertise and a track record of successful implementations. Practically, it means earlier access to product direction, direct partner support channels, and a team that has configured Zendesk many times before touching yours.
Our Zendesk is a mess. Can you fix it without starting over?
Usually, yes. We audit the instance — triggers, views, macros, SLAs, data hygiene — and tune it in optimization cycles against the CX metrics that matter: first response, resolution time, and deflection. Rebuilds are the exception, not the default.
Which Zendesk AI features are actually worth turning on?

Do you offer ongoing Zendesk administration?

Should we choose HubSpot or Salesforce?

Is HubSpot better than Pipedrive for a growing team?

What can a Claude AI agent actually do for our support team?
Deployed wherever your team works — help desk, CRM, back office — a Claude agent can resolve routine tier-one tickets end to end, draft replies in your tone for agent review, summarize long threads, and route, tag, and enrich records automatically. Is it safe to put AI in front of customers?
It is when it's done with guardrails — which is most of the work. We define scope, tone, policies, and escalation rules before any customer interaction, run evaluations during a measured pilot, and monitor accuracy and CSAT continuously after rollout. Nothing ships on vibes.
How does an AI agent rollout work?
Pilot first, scale on evidence. We review your use cases and data, design the agent and its guardrails, run it on a controlled slice of live volume scored against resolution and accuracy, then expand coverage with continuous evaluation and monthly tuning.
Will AI replace our support agents?
No — it changes what they work on. The agent absorbs repetitive tier-one volume; your team handles complex, sensitive, and high-value conversations with better context. Teams typically redeploy capacity rather than reduce it.
Can we buy Claude licenses through you?

Which ad channels do you manage?
Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, YouTube), Social Ads (Meta and LinkedIn), and ChatGPT Ads — planned, built, and optimized as one program, measured against pipeline instead of impressions. See Digital Ads.
What are ChatGPT Ads?
Sponsored placements inside AI assistants — showing up when buyers ask an AI for recommendations instead of searching. It's an early-mover channel: inventory is comparatively inexpensive and your competitors probably aren't there yet. We build it alongside your Google and Social programs.
How do you measure ad performance?
By wiring conversions into your CRM so every dollar of spend traces to real pipeline and revenue — not clicks. Weekly optimization then follows the evidence: cut what doesn't convert, scale what does.
Do you build the landing pages too?

How fast can you build a custom website?

Do we own the website when it's done?
Your call, and both options are first-class. We can host and manage it as a service — SSL, monitoring, backups, and edits handled — or transfer everything to you completely: code, assets, hosting accounts, domain, and documentation. No lock-in either way.
Do you use templates or page builders?
No. Every site is designed from a blank canvas around your brand and engineered for speed — lean, purpose-built code that loads fast and scores well on performance and SEO from day one.
Can the website feed leads into our CRM automatically?
Yes — forms, tracking, and chat wired into HubSpot and Zendesk so every visitor becomes usable data with real attribution. It's one of the main reasons clients have us build the site and the CRM together.

Can we buy Zendesk, HubSpot, or Claude licenses through Market Disrupt?
