Solutions — Engagement

Your stack, managed like ours.

Platforms drift without an owner: workflows rot, requests pile up, and small problems compound. We become your admin team — with a cadence that leaves the stack better every month.

01 — What it is

Managed Services, in plain terms.

Managed services is the ongoing engagement: we act as the admin team for your Zendesk, HubSpot, and Claude stack — handling the requests, fixing what breaks, and working a continuous-improvement backlog so the platforms get measurably better instead of slowly worse. It is the alternative to hiring a full-time admin for each platform, and to the slow drift that happens when nobody owns the tools.

02 — The problems it solves

Sound familiar?

01

Nobody owns the platform

The admin left, or never existed — so the system decays and workarounds multiply.

02

Requests pile up

Simple changes wait weeks because the one person who can make them is buried.

03

Paying for unused power

The platform can do far more than you use, but nobody has time to unlock it.

03 — How we implement it

From scope to live.

01

Baseline audit

We start by auditing the stack — what works, what is broken, what is risky — and turn it into a prioritized backlog.

02

Handle the day-to-day

User changes, workflow tweaks, broken automations, "can we make it do X?" — routed to us instead of piling up.

03

Improve on a cadence

Each month, backlog items ship: optimizations, cleanups, and new capabilities, not just kept lights.

04

Report what changed

A monthly summary of what was done, what improved, and what is queued — so the value is visible, not assumed.

04 — Common questions

Managed Services, answered.

What does managed services include?

Ongoing administration of your Zendesk, HubSpot, or Claude stack: user and workflow changes, fixes, monitoring, a monthly cadence of improvements from a prioritized backlog, and expert help when questions come up — the work a great in-house admin would do.

Do we still need an in-house admin?

Usually not for the platforms we manage. Most teams either cannot justify a full-time admin per platform or have one person drowning across all of them — managed services replaces both situations with a team that does this all day.

How is managed services priced?

It is scoped to your stack and volume — platforms covered, user counts, and how much change you generate. We quote after the baseline audit, so the price reflects your actual situation rather than a generic tier.

Not sure which of these you need?
